Being human means experiencing complex emotions and we would be wise to recognize that how we conduct ourselves is not as rational or logical as we would have ourselves believe.

Often problems present themselves when one is using a coping strategy or an automatic reaction in a way that has been learned in the past, often in childhood. The response is not always appropriate to the current situation and this is especially evident where a similar situation has involved some kind of physical or emotional trauma. When a person recognizes that these behaviours and reactions are no longer appropriate, a change can be effected using hypnosis.

Simple changes, often taking only one or two sessions, can make a massive difference, improving quality of life and assisting in achieving goals.
